I'm not an artist, in fact I can honestly say I couldn't draw any HP creatures (or, really, anything beyond a stick figure) to save my life. I basically just bought this as a mostly blank HP book to use as a journal. THIS IS AMAZING. I mean, the cover art and execution is nothing short of STUNNING!!! The book is a really great size, has some real heft to it - not flimsy at all. If you're an artist, I think you'll really appreciate the included HP black on white artwork as inspiration.I can't comment on the suitability of the paper for different types of art supplies yet. The only reason I deducted 1 star (and, honestly, I really wish I could've given this 4.5 stars) is because the material of the cover is very likely to get scuffed and damaged quite easily.All things considered, this is a beautiful, quality product at first glance. I was truly amazed by how beautiful it looks when I received it - definitely exceeded my expectations!
